- 01Design & sampling. In-house studio, strike-offs and lab dips in 7–10 days.
- 02Fabric testing. Shrinkage, colour fastness, rubbing and pH before cutting.
- 03Printing, dyeing, embroidery. Hand block, screen and digital print.
- 04Stitching & finishing. 140 machines across two units.
- 05Inspection & packing. AQL 2.5 checks, your labels, barcodes and cartons.
